FreeQurans South Africa exists for one reason: to place a high-quality English translation of the Quran in the hands of every person in South Africa who wants to read it — completely free of charge.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to read the Quran and reach their own conclusions, without barriers, pressure, or judgement.

We have recently launched this initiative and are excited to begin reaching people across all nine provinces. Every Quran we deliver represents a meaningful step in sharing this message with sincerity and respect.
Our Translation
We provide The Quran Project’s English translation, which is renowned for its clarity, accuracy, and accessibility. It is specifically designed for people reading the Quran for the first time, with helpful footnotes and context throughout.
Our Promise
We will never pressure, follow up with, or contact anyone who orders a Quran — unless they reach out to us first. This is a gift, given with sincerity, and your journey with it is entirely your own.
